This year’s theme will explore Canada’s increasing reliance on immigration to drive economic growth. Speakers will examine efforts to effectively integrate newcomers into the workforce, highlight progress made, identify ongoing barriers, and discuss actionable steps to build more inclusive and equitable workplaces.
The keynote address will be delivered by Shamira Madhany, Managing Director, Canada, and Deputy Executive Director, World Education Services. A recognized thought leader, Shamira brings extensive experience and expertise in public sector leadership, social policy, diversity and accessibility, and workforce integration.
