Workshop Description
This workshop seeks to expand the participants’ understanding of inclusion and human equity beyond diversity. The workshop seeks to set the foundation for the development of an inclusive culture that respects individual talents and maximizes on the unique ability and human capital of the entire workforce. The workshop also looks at the barriers that would prevent an inclusive and equitable culture.
Learning Objectives
- Identify the attitudinal and systemic barriers that impede inclusion in a diverse workplace including pre‐conscious and implicit bias.
- Identify tools to identify and capitalize on the unique difference of each employee.
- Identify tools to facilitate individual career development based on employees’ unique abilities.
- Introduce the SHAPE V Talent Model
Audience Level: This workshop is suitable for all people leaders, supervisors, coaches, managers, principles and directors.
